Booking Information

Hotel booking will be completed on attendees’ behalf and Forum registrants will receive a hotel confirmation email a few days after registering. To make any changes please email customer service at consortiumhealth@mmsmeetings.com. Forum guests are only responsible for incidental charges and/or additional nights at the hotel. Conference registration, meals, round-trip economy airfare, and hotel accommodations for February 27-29 are complimentary for invited guests unless otherwise stated by your corporate policy.

Plan Attendees

Discounted hotel rooms are available upon registering for Healthcare Forum. During registration you will have an opportunity to book your hotel room. Guests are encouraged to book rooms by January 12, 2024. Our room block will close on February 2, 2024. Rooms booked past this date are not guaranteed in the Healthcare Forum room block or at the host hotel.

If you receive solicitations from any other vendors identifying themselves as the official Healthcare Forum housing representative or partner, they are NOT authorized to sell guest rooms for the event. Please contact the Registration office at 202-624-1792 immediately.

Please note: If a room is booked outside of the official conference room block, we are unable to help. If you are unsure whether something is legitimate, please contact the Registration office at 202-624-1792 or email consortiumhealth@mmsmeetings.com immediately before providing your personal, company or credit card information.
