Anne Santos

Anne Santos supports Consortium’s Channel Relations program whose purpose is to facilitate clear and consistent messaging of the Blue value story to national consulting firms and brokers and foster robust relationships with consulting firm leaders. In addition, she serves as a resource for Consortium’s Growth and Retention Committee, which is charged with National Account sales strategy and messaging, proposal management, and training of BCBS sales and account management professionals.

Prior to joining Consortium, Anne spent more than 15 years providing superior service to clients in the energy, government, and media sectors in a variety of roles in research, sales, product development, marketing, and operations. Her leadership experience includes a successful track record of building and transforming organizations.

Anne holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in political science from North Carolina State University.
